The Corner Mount Warning System
The inventor noticed near collisions at intersecting hallway corners while volunteering at a hospital. It was observed at a restaurant that a waiter would have to slow down and call out “corner” each time they rounded a corner so there was not a collision/food was lost, someone got hurt. This bred the idea of a simple corner mount warning system. So two versions were patented. One mounts on an exterior corner of a hallway, and the other can be mounted above on the ceiling. Both have a verbal or visual command, like a light that turns on, or a verbal command that sounds out, “caution at the corner” keeping people from bumping into one another.
